What We Collect
We collect the information required to create an account, save a birth profile, generate Basic BaZi Charts, prepare BaZi Chart Report PDF orders, process orders, and provide support. This may include your name, email address, birth date, birth time, birth place, gender, order status, and reading content.
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal. We do not store full card, bank, or PayPal account credentials on our servers.
How We Use Information
We use your information to operate authentication, save your profile, prevent repeated generation for the same profile, enforce profile-change limits, process PayPal orders, manually prepare paid PDF reports, and record email delivery status.
We may use aggregated non-identifying data to improve the product and understand conversion performance.
Third-Party Services
The service may rely on Supabase for authentication and database storage, PayPal for payment processing, and Vercel or equivalent hosting infrastructure. Staff may use separate internal tools to prepare PDF reports manually.
Data Retention and Rights
We retain account, profile, order, and reading data as needed to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal information.
